South West Trains and Great Western Railway Franchises.
What we did: We have been involved for many years in the design and creation of training manuals for train drivers and staff at South Western Trains. In this project we helped create a guide to the elements to consider when developing or maintaining station builds and refurbishments. We then created an online version that was shared with contractors and suppliers to ensure a consistent design and build standard. The project was then taken up and modified to act as a standard guide at GWR with their own .pdf and web based versions.
